At TQLS, our multiple warehouses across the US are highly organized and clean; perfect for the storage of copiers and other high-end assets. With dedicated “in-bound” and “awaiting disposition” areas, as well as storage areas organized by categories, our facility promotes an effective operational environment and efficient work flow. While our customers’ products are in our warehouse, they aren’t just sitting there. Every piece of equipment that enters our facility undergoes a complete inspection, set-up, cleaning, and is cornered and wrapped in cellophane for protection when needed. Our product testing results are incorporated into a thorough report that is prepared for each piece of equipment. Our customers are informed as to the condition of the machine with information ranging from number of copies to accessories to reconditioning needs.
